The one fundamental goal of Domus Realty is generating sales contracts on individual units and coordinating these contracts from primary lender to final settlement. Achieving this goal requires Domus Realty becoming involved from top to bottom in the whole sales process, from planning unit lay-outs and finishes to maintaining competitive market analyses; from keeping constant contact and promotion with local cooperative brokers to overseeing advertising and public relations of each of its projects; from organizing weekly sales meetings to ongoing detailed reporting to the developer or builder who has hired and trusted Domus Realty to help make their project a success.

There are four main principles that guide Domus’ success:

1) Holding the highest standards of truth, honesty and integrity in the sales process;

2) Wedding the right agent to the right community (the actual on-site agent is the face of the project to the prospective buyers, so his or her personality, background, experience, energy and appearance are of highest importance);

3) Ongoing sales training (whereby the agents are kept up-to-date in their skills and their understanding of the whole sales process);
