Founded in 2004, Domus Realty began its Project Sales with the 153 unit condominium Kenyon Square in Columbia Heights, Washington, DC. This project turned out to be one of the most successful projects in the DC area during the hard economic times that followed. Shortly the firm was handling sales for the high-profile projects Highland Park in Columbia Heights, and Park Place in Petworth, as well as such smaller projects as 1331 Kenyon Condominium, Marion Street Condos and Butterfield House in Southeast.
